Quality Inspector - Centralia, MO Apply now » Date: Feb 6, 2025 Location: Centralia, MO, US, 65240 Company: Hubbell Incorporated A Day In The Life + Perform and document product audits to determine compliance with drawings, specifications, process procedures, and routings. + Calibrate and repair dimensional gauges and various electronic devices and welders. + Must be able to utilize gauge management software system. + Use metrology equipment such as micrometers, calipers, surface plate, height gauges, fillet weld gauges, and other advanced measurement techniques in the assessment of material and product quality. + Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and routings. + Must be able to write and communicate effectively in formal reports. + Must be familiar with creating purchase requisitions. What will help you thrive in this role? + Physical strength to safely lift 15-20 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Ability to safely move and walk through production, storage, and shipping areas.
