Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer or Quality Engineer the Quality Inspector supports the Operations department to ensure product is manufactured, sampled and tested in compliance with specifications.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for the review of production lots and the release of these into product inventory.

 

The Quality Inspector will perform all activities in an efficient and competent manner with due regard to safety and quality, while ensuring a positive team environment and a focus on continuous improvement.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

Perform sampling and product test activities as required.

 

Perform review and release of manufactured product in compliance with relevant test specifications and quality documentation.

 

Perform verification checks on production-related documentation.

 

Liaise with cross-functional team on quality-related issues.

 

Update Quality-related documentation.

 

Ensure segregation and disposition of non-conforming materials as per site procedures.

 

Adhere to all company EHS guidelines and Quality procedures.

 

Additional duties as required.
