Are you detail-oriented with strong math skills? Looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic environment? Join our team as a Lab Technician and play a key role in quality control for a leading textile company!

What You’ll Do: Test incoming, finished, and coated fabric to meet customer and company specs. Operate and verify lab equipment, including Instron machines and load cells. Conduct special tests as assigned by the QA or Lab Manager. Report test results accurately and promptly to keep production running smoothly. Communicate out-of-spec results to operators and supervisors immediately. Maintain a safe and clean work environment—know emergency procedures for spills and fires. Learn urethane coating requirements, adhesion tests, and fabric specs. Be cross-trained in another area to stay productive during slow periods. What You Need: 2-3 years of experience in textiles, lab testing, or quality control. Must pass a math test (accuracy is key!). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
