Our client, optical Cable Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Production Department. The ideal candidate will have be a self-starter, team player and independent workers as well. which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Location: Swannanoa, NC** **Pay Range: $17.00** **What’s the Job?** + Perform incoming inspections, non-complex first article, finished goods inspections customer returns for compliance to specifications and auditing + Assist with receiving incoming materials and match to purchase orders through utilization of the ERP system. + Ensure incoming material meets specific requirements per blueprint + Ensure that all paperwork and inspection reports are accurate and complete + Roving inspection of work-in-process. **What’s Needed?** + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required + Minimum 12 months related experience in Quality Assurance/Control Inspection process. + Be able to use calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools for verification of product. + While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. + This job requires sight sufficient for significant reading.
