Quality Inspector

If you have inspection experience in a manufacturing environment and you are looking for a new position, we have an opportunity for you in a well established Aerospace company. In this role you will be responsible for inspecting various parts according to blueprints.

Description:

Establishing quality standards for various products the company manufacturesReading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standardsRecommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processesInspecting and testing the materials and equipmentUsing gadgets such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product qualityAccepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production teamPerforming inspections at random to assess product quality

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of mechanical inspection experience (preferably in Aerospace but not a must have)Must be familiar working to drawings, prints, etc. to make sure parts meet standardsGood communication skills

$20.00/hr-$25.00/hr
