**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Inspection Expertise:** Perform detailed inspections of machined metal parts and incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications.
+ **Quality Reporting:** Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and assist in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
+ **Component Review:** Inspect mechanical and electrical components to verify they comply with specifications and purchase orders.
+ **Final Product Inspection:** Ensure finished goods meet established quality standards.
+ **Document Control:** Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, including Material Review Reports (MRR) and inspection records.
+ **Precision Measurement:** Utilize advanced tools such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators for precise measurements.
+ **Collaboration & Data Management:** Work closely with teams to ensure all inspections and data entry are accurate and in line with company policies.
**Essential Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **Proven Experience:** Strong experience in quality control, inspection, and quality assurance processes.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.
+ **Blueprint Interpretation:** Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
+ **Attention to Detail:** Keen eye for reviewing data, documentation, and conducting thorough inspections.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **Certification:** IPC 610 Certification required.
+ **Education:** Associate’s degree or at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ **Industry Experience:** Previous experience with soldered installations (IPC-A-610) and welded components (AWS D17.1) is a plus.
+ **Software Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
+ **Aerospace Support:** Ability to contribute to aerospace-related activities as needed.
+ **Experience:** Previous inspection experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00
