Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Inspector.

As a Quality Inspector, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInspect various parts per work instructions, customer specifications, prints, & sip’s. \r\n\t \r\n\tQuarantine suspect / defective parts from a product that meets customer specifications.\r\n\t \r\n\tFollow the non-conformance procedure for containment of suspect / defective product.\r\n\t \r\n\tReview suspect / defective parts with Quality staff for part approval as required.\r\n\t \r\n\tPackage parts in preparation for shipment to the customer. \r\n\t \r\n\tUse work instructions, customer specifications, sip’s & packaging specs as required.\r\n\t \r\n\tPrepare labels, packaging, and shipping boxes as required.\r\n\t \r\n\tProcess inspection scrap as required.\r\n\t \r\n\tFollow Company policies and procedures as defined in the IEP Employee Manual.\r\n\t \r\n\tFollow all International Standards that apply to IEP’s certification and QMS.\r\n\t \r\n\tFollow safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t1-3 years of experience in a related inspection position. \r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

Location: Rumford, RI

Pay Rate: $17.00-18.00/hr.
