Volt is immediately hiring for Quality Inspector in Everett, WA.
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
As a Quality Inspector you will:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCompetently use:\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDocumentation including but not limited to Work Instructions, Operating Procedures, blueprints/drawings/schematics, packing slips, purchase orders, etc.\r\n\t\tTools including but not limited to calipers, micrometer, sunnen gauge, bore gauge, etc. to accurately measure/inspect parts including but not limited to purchased parts, machined parts, raw materials, components, assemblies, subassemblies, units, and end items.\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\tParticipate in measurement error studies to determine unwanted variation\r\n\tCorrectly perform in-process inspections of manufactured parts and sub-assemblies\r\n\tPrepare and test material samples, as well as clean up of tools\r\n\tPrepare associated paperwork and computer transactions for both accepted and rejected parts per specific instructions\r\n\tEnsure all calibration standards are maintained\r\n\tFollow all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, models safe work practices\r\n\tResponsible for contributing to and supporting a positive and respectful workplace environment.\r\n\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\r\n\t0-2 years’ experience as a quality inspector or relevant role in a manufacturing environment\r\n\tAerospace or other highly regulated industry preferred\r\n\tCertified in Flight Safety preferred\r\n\tRockwell Eddy Current preferred\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Pay rate: $26-$29/hour
\r\n\r\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
