If you have experience in quality assurance, process analysis, and regulatory compliance, this is a great opportunity to join our team on a temporary basis and contribute your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Test systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and create quality documentation. + Identify technical issues and get to the root of the problem, proactively recommending solutions to improve product durability and overall performance. + Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are. + Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements. + Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and IATF requirements. + Determine quality metrics for all procedures. + Monitor process performance and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible. + Identify the root of issues and recommend fixes. + Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions. + Review quality documentation. + Set and track quality assurance goals. + Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance. + Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products. + Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). + Promote and implement sustainability policies, procedures, and general improvements. + Provide support to all functional areas to develop their standard processes, seeking the best and leaner solutions, and following best practices to meet or exceed customer expectations. + Ensure LDM compliance with industry norms and standards, including but not limited to ISO and IATF. + Foster and maintain a 5S lean program. + 3 years of work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role. + Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies. + In-depth understanding of technical documentation. + Familiarity with statistical analysis. + Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. + Strong team spirit. + Good analytical skills. + BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. + Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus. + Positive attitude Parker is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of age, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or disability in relation to recruitment and employment.
