Quality Engineer Technician
MAU is hiring a Quality Engineer Technician for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Quality Engineer Technician, you will document technical data, lead process improvement projects, manage nonconformance reports, conduct quality assurance training, and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent product quality and compliance. This is a contract, long-term assignment.

Benefits Package Health Benefits PTO Competitive pay based on experience Long term contract (18 months) with direct hire potential Shift Information Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly and/or machining General Requirements Familiarity with nonconforming parts and quality management processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication abilities Preferred Requirements Associate degree preferred Essential Functions Document technical data to support components, assemblies, and systems, ensuring compliance with quality policies and procedures Lead and prioritize multiple process improvement projects, both independently and as part of a multifunctional team, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business productivity Walk the plant floor to locate marked parts in the quality cart, gather necessary information (including lifting/moving parts for photos or locating inspection reports on the CMM network drive), and route nonconformance reports to the appropriate engineer based on part numbers Conduct training on quality assurance concepts, tools, and best practices Maintain and improve process documentation within the assigned area to ensure ongoing quality consistency and compliance
