Lear has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our new Green Field investment in Kecskemet. 

 

General Tasks:
 

Management of quality assurance activities related to the customer and manufacturing processes. Lead activities related to problem solving process (analysis, manage actions, reporting). Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. Evaluate defects and implement corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with system standards and customer requirements. Schedule and conduct internal and external audits. Monitor error prevention and elimination measures on-site. Organize and document customer acceptance procedures.

 

We Expect From You:
 

Higher professional qualification. Solid quality assurance experience from the automotive industry. Good communication in English language (oral and written); German knowledge will be a huge advantage. Practical application of automotive quality improvement techniques (Core tools); High interpersonal skills. The ability to think analytically and solve problems.
