Quality Engineer II

As a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncritical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will\nbe responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and\nprocedures to meet customer requirements and industry standards. Your expertise\nin quality engineering will contribute to the success of our products and the\nsatisfaction of our customers. You will report directly to the site Quality\nManager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location.

In this role, you\nwill impact the quality and performance of our products, ensuring that they\nmeet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. You will\ncollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues,\nimplement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in our\nprocesses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop\nand implement quality control processes and procedures Collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues Implement\ncorrective actions to improve product quality Drive continuous improvement in\nprocesses Conduct quality audits and inspections Provide technical\nexpertise and guidance on quality engineering principles

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a\ntechnical discipline such as engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of\nexperience in quality engineering or relevant experience

Background with ISO9001, UL, or similar standards Experience\nin an industrial or electrical manufacturing environment a plus Knowledge of\nstatistical analysis, mechanical design, and quality improvement techniques Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and continuous improvement\nexperience desiredStrong knowledge of quality control processes and proceduresExperience with quality tools and methodologies
