Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Camden, Arkansas is seeking an early career professional for the role of Quality Engineer on the PAC-3 missile program. In this role you will use engineering skills to evaluate and improve existing processes and use troubleshooting skills to determine root cause of nonconformance conditions and prevent recurrence. You will support the production line, establish quality requirements by reading and interpreting drawing, specifications, and standards, write work instructions, evaluate product for conformance to requirements, and document nonconformance conditions. This is a full-time, on-site position. You must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for this position.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math or equivalent experience/combined education

Ability to obtain security clearance, and therefore a U.S. citizen
Desired Skills:
Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering degree
Understanding and knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
