**Main Responsabilities**
+ Creating and implementing project-specific quality plans and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
+ Maintaining project quality documentation, including quality control plans, inspection checklists, and test procedures.
+ Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous testing and inspection.
+ Identifying and resolving quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
+ Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ Addressing customer complaints and feedback related to product quality and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
**What Skills You Need**
+ Expertise in tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
+ Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
+ Skills in identifying and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis.
+ Experience with quality management software and tools.
+ Managing quality aspects of projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
+ Ensuring precision and accuracy in quality documentation and processes.
+ Clear and effective communication skills for training staff and reporting to management.
+ Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, SQE, etc.
+ English Language Proficiency: Strong knowledge of English for technical documentation and communication with international teams.
**What Makes You Stand Out**
+ Proficiency in various welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and Projection welding.
+ Knowledge of GD&T principles to ensure precise and accurate welding processes.
+ Experienced with SAP ERP systems for managing workflows, product and process parameterization, production planning, inventory, and quality control.
+ Skilled in using, CreoView, KOTEM, and Minitab.
**Education**
+ Bachelor of science degree; mechatronics, mechanical, metallurgic, industrial engineering or equivalent.
