Description:You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for our Missiles and Fire Control team in Camden, Arkansas. Our team is responsible for producing and validating cutting-edge hardware for sophisticated missile systems and launch vehicles, and implements rigorous quality standards to ensure excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and reporting on quality-related activities, including raw materials, packaging materials, and purchase order requirements. You will work closely with internal engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Planning and executing quality-related activities, such as raw materials and packaging materials inspection
-Providing input for purchase order requirements and ensuring control of nonconforming items
-Conducting root cause analyses and monitoring effectiveness of corrective actions
-Collaborating with internal engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place
-Working with suppliers, customers, and other disciplines to drive quality excellence in assembly and production

Basic Qualifications:
STEM degree at the bachelors level or higher from an accredited college.
Have some knowledge of quality systems,
demonstrated use of standard problem solving, troubleshooting tools and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to perform floor support functions and make appropriate quality decisions.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of GD&T, interpreting drawings and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
