Description

Role Overview: As the lead for part quality control, you will oversee quality inspections and improvement activities for supplier parts. You will also analyze parts for new vehicle projects to ensure they meet high-quality standards and international regulations.Key Responsibilities:Execute the Operation Plan to ensure part quality meets specifications, including field claim analysis, supplier management, and part inspections.Analyze the root causes of part issues, implement improvement activities, and prepare and conduct quality meetings.Manage quality facilities and equipment, oversee investment costs, and establish supplementary investments.Prepare, consult, and coordinate external events.Participate in new vehicle projects by preparing for inspections, establishing quality assurance plans, and responding to evaluations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.Ability to understand drawings and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.In-depth understanding of quality management systems.Specific experience in the automotive industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
