May lead a team of Quality Assurance entry level professional employees. Sets day-to-day objectives for the achievement of immediate Quality Assurance goals within area of responsibility. Ensure that production processes meet the requirements and specifications in accordance with quality standards. **Role Responsibilities** + Ensure external customer requirements are met. + Ensure the introduction of new products. + Provide acceptance criteria for internal processes. + Supervises execution of plans, guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure the achievement of quality targets. + Supervises elements of organization projects or processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving. + Supervises quality improvement processes to ensure ongoing reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes. + Supervises the collection and analysis of quality information for use in the development of quality strategy and programs. + Reviews production processes, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement. **Minimum** **Requirements** + Engineering Degree: IME, IMA, IQ, IIA. + Experience in Quality Roles: 2 years. + Experience in the Metalworking Industry: 2 years. + Core Tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP). + RRCA (Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving). + Basic Statistics (Control Charts, Histograms). + Use of measurement instruments (micrometers, microscopes, universal testing machines). + Lean Manufacturing. + ISO 9001. + Personnel Management. + Advanced English. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance. + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
