Assist China IG Quality Manager in implementation of the quality program /activities in designated sites/ plants within Air Products IG China organization.Play the role of Document Control Coordinator for China IG including maintaining the documentation on Air Products Intranet, compliance to document control procedure and maintains hard copies of the ISO documentation as and where needed.Back up EMOC Facilitator for management of change process in China IG organization.Carry out supporting activities for developing and improving document management system or landing pages on Air Products intranet and share sites structuring as and when needed.Distribute and REDMASTER stamping of controlled as-built P&ID and SLD/ Electrical Drawing to plant operations in China IG Organization.Coordinate and participate in 3rd party certification audit for Southern China IG designated sites. Follow up actions and closure for the non-conformities issued from 3rd party certification audit.Scheduling internal audit for IG plants /sites in Southern China. Coordinate with auditee in Southern China sites until execution as per the audit schedule.Play the role of internal auditor. Conduct internal audit as per scheduled and record the audit non-conformities issued during audits in system. Follow up the audit findings (i.e. audit non-conformities and observation) with auditee for reply and subsequently update until closure the logged audit non-conformities in system after completing the verification activities.Coordinate the customer audit for Southern China sites. Follow up the customer audit findings with auditee for reply and closure. Maintain the records of the customer audit reports.Coordinate for the completion of customer survey/audit questionnaires and provide timely response to Southern China IG customers’ inquiries /request related to quality.Play the role of Customer Complaints Owner related to product quality issues for China LB/TG business in Southern China. Maintain the customer complaints log status, provide a trend analysis or other quality statistics and recommend areas for improvement. Support Southern China PG sites to conduct Root Cause Analysis for the customer complaints as requested.Play the role of local Quality Management Representative who has to organize and conduct Management review meeting with the Southern China IG management team to review, sharing best practices & exchange of ideas, with open discussion and evaluation of the process performances and other quality related matters.Support plants in Southern China to implement and comply with the local law /regulatory and assure compliance to applicable standards/certification.Support in obtaining ISO 9001 certification for any new plant /site in Southern China.Participate as required in auditing supplier for IG in Air Products Southern China.Lead and coordinate eCOA/COC process for Southern China.Participate monthly site review meeting with Southern China Operations and Supply Chain organizations to report & discuss issues related to quality management system (QMS) and recommend improvement where necessary.Carry out QMS/ISO 9001 Awareness training for new employees and quality related training to line organizations in Air Products IG China.Provide timely response to Southern China customer inquiries/queries related to quality, e.g.  SPC/SQC reports /data, etc.Coordinate address and resolve any quality related issues for Southern China IG sites to assure customer satisfaction.Participate in broader IG quality management initiatives /projects in China IG to further improve management system and customer focus in Air Products.Any other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education to Degree level or equivalent.

Experienced in performing internal quality audit (IQA) is preferred.Min 5 years’ experience in quality management.Well-verse of ISO 9001 standard requirements.Knowledge of document control management is preferred.Good inter-personal and communication skills.Self-motivated initiative in abundance.Good time management skills.Good problem-solving skills.Capability to communicate in Verbal and Written English, and MS Office Tool (Excel, Word, Power points) skills are required.Good work ethic /commitment.Knowledge of SPC/SQC is preferred.Willing to travel within China.
