YOUR ROLE Develops tests and reports on formulations. Executes lab testing and generates test data and documentation. Ensures SHE and compliance. Communicates with various internal functions. Follows up on non-conformities and change controls. Monitors quality incidents and quality management systems. Participates in audits. YOUR SKILLS Industrial Engineer or similar, with experience in the chemical/cosmetic industry. Quality specialty 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles Intermediate level English SAP, Excel Intermediate-Advanced, Minitab (desirable) Experience in executing and receiving internal and external audits. Problem solving methodologies (5W2H, 8D, 5 whys) Root cause analysis Knowledge of management systems
