Lead and comply with EHS & Quality requirements in accordance with Wabtec policy and procedures.Conduct, support and coordinate internal and external audits and prepare audit reports that are clear and concise.Must be able to confirm the sufficiency and appropriateness of audit evidence to support audit findings and conclusions.Conduct Problem investigations using Root Cause Analysis (A3 methodology) and working collaboratively with the team to identify and implement corrective actions.Conduct First Article Inspection/Part Approvals and using standard measurement practices.Address non-conformance reports (NCMR's) to drive and facilitate Corrective & Preventative actions.Creation of Quality defect/punch list and tracking closure of all items. To ensure all products are free from defects, meeting the customer's expectations before it leaves the manufacturing facility.Interpret customer contracts, specifications, engineering drawings, standards, code of practices.Proficient in technical document writing (reports, procedures, instructions, work standards, process mapping).Interface with internal Departments, Customers and Suppliers to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.Implementation and maintenance of management programs and systems.Data analysis and trend identification and taking relevant improvement action.Tracking of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and reduction project.Creation, modification and recording of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)/ Control Plans.Cost out project's.Our Commitment to Embrace Diversity:
