Description:
Facilitates data abstraction and clinical quality review for various disease processes and regulatory standards. Daily use/navigation of the electronic medical record and data collection tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Active participation in regulatory surveys.

Education/formal training/licensure/certification experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in nursing with appropriate certification and licensure preferred.Associate Degree in Nursing required.Must have current North Carolina license.Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.Additional skills:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. Proficient in software applications and ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.
