Key Responsibilities:

Operate CMM machine, Laser Microscope, roughness and thickness handheld gauges and others QC related tools and equipment Generate measurements and QC reports Responsible for equipment PM and maintenance Able to write computer script for the automated equipment is a plus Generate and provide SPC charts Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

High School graduated with Quality control experience Logical with Good analytical skills Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Interaction with Other Employees:

Regularly communicate with the Production, Lab Manager and teammates on daily assignments and reports any discrepancies or relevant production related information Works frequently with Engineering Director to improve quality and processes
