**Job Title: Quality Control Technician**
**Job Description**
+ Inspecting Products: Examine products to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and functionality.
+ Monitoring Production: Oversee production processes to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
+ Documentation: Record inspection results, summarize re-works and wastes, and input data into quality databases.
+ Training: Train team members on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
+ Improvement Proposals: Suggest improvements to the production process to enhance quality.
+ Equipment Management: Ensure measurement equipment is calibrated and operating accurately.
+ Compliance: Verify that production adheres to legal requirements and company standards.
+ Supplier Evaluation: Select and evaluate suppliers based on cost, delivery date, and quality.
+ Technical Support: Provide technical support to management on quality matters.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $17.85/hr.
