Bilfinger Industrial Services Inc, known as a leading one stop, shop provider for complex industrial services is seeking a Quality Control Specialist for our Port Lavaca, TX location.

Job Tasks/Description

· Implement and maintaining a document control system that monitors all incoming and outgoing transmittals to our clients
· Assemble and copy work packages (plans, specifications, reports, etc.) from FTP sites or other sources. Packages to be distributed to disciplines submitted to clients or others.
· Develop detailed transmittals of documents released to clients and vendors,
· Assist business development in
· Upload electronic files and maintain logs of transmitted and incoming items.
· Distribute copies of correspondence and other printed materials.
· Organize and maintain project files (electronic files on server and hard copy files).
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communication effectively at any level.
· Highly organized and comfortable with coordinating with project managers, discipline engineers and clients
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, ability to multi-task.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
