Quality Control Reports Coordinator: This position is responsible for auditing raw data for compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) data recording regulations, study protocols and appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This position is also responsible for compiling and generating all raw data into a study report with the appropriate tables and appendices

Responsibilities Read, apply, and maintain adherence to GLP regulations, SOPs, and client protocolsDemonstrate basic understanding of GLP regulations and their implementationCollate and organize raw data records into data booksUnderstand purpose and procedures of raw data formsResponsible for auditing raw data for consistency, completeness, and accuracyMaintain a strong working relationship with the Quality Assurance (QA) DepartmentProvide input to management about process improvementProvide additional QC data review support as neededWork with various personnel to ensure reports are accurate and completed in a timely mannerWork with Inotiv Evansville Study Directors to implement the needs of each report Be familiar with all types of data generated by the lab and be able to incorporate into the final reportPerform any report function as requested by Study Director or immediate supervisorKeep abreast of information relating to government guidelines and specified sponsor requestsGenerate special tables and analysis not performed by computerElectronic formatting for individual reportsData entry Participate in in-house training programs for the technical staffMaintain confidential information Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related science with Quality Assurance/ Quality Control and/or Laboratory Animal Technician experience preferred.

 

*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
