Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm w/overtime as volume dictates

Pay: $16/hour

The Quality Technician is tasked with testing and troubleshooting of RMAs to determine failure mode, performs line audits to confirm production compliance with requirements and auditing out-going product to verify compliance of finished product.

Responsibilities:

PC experience required - must have building and troubleshooting experience Inspect products for imperfections or defects, escalate when needed Must have a knowledge of methods to test performance of GPU, CPU, motherboard Must have experience with production, inspection, parts sampling and reading engineering drawings Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials to defined specifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to effectively communicate internally and externally in both written and oral form Must be detail-oriented logical, methodical, hands-on person that does not mind repetition Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving capabilities Must work effectively with others and be comfortable working in a warehouse or office setting Must be open to working overtime including some weekends during peak season Ability to perform work while standing, sitting or walking, as well as sustained motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to four (4) hours
