Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and preparing various samples for analyses, setting up and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing analyses using hazardous chemicals, and ensuring the accuracy of data and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with laboratory experience to contribute to quality assurance processes.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prepare various samples for analyses.Set up, maintain, and operate various types of laboratory equipment and instruments.Perform analyses using hazardous chemicals and prescribed procedures to determine the quality of product samples.Perform calculations, review data for accuracy, and prepare reports.Maintain database records and complete other job-related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in Chemistry and Biology.Experience in laboratory work and quality control.Knowledge of quality assurance practices.1-2 years of laboratory work experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills.Valid driver’s license.Additional Skills & QualificationsEntry-level laboratory work experience is acceptable.Ability to work with hazardous chemicals safely.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Work Environment

This position is based in a laboratory and production plant environment. The role involves handling various types of laboratory equipment and hazardous chemicals. The work hours and shift details will be provided upon hire, and the dress code requires appropriate laboratory attire for safety compliance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
