As a Quality Documentation Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Following customer ITP's Inspection Test Plans to inspect parts/products to confirm adherence to measurement and testing requirements.Following regulatory standards as per ASME sec I, VIII, Nuclear sec III, PED, to inspect and certify products to be shipped across the world. Inspecting Warehouse picking accuracy, by confirming Part Number & QuantitiesInspecting and gathering product documentation, final document packets, and material heat reports/CMTRs as required.Working with the management review board to address non-conforming products and identify Corrective and Preventive actions to stop reoccurrence. Working with each SAP non-conformance to make sure it is processed to closure as the information is received from the engineering team.Inspecting parts to Nuclear requirements and complete all records as needed.Performing NDE non-destructive examinations and positive material identifications Working with Incoming, In-process, and final inspection areas as needed to satisfy the customer requirements.Working closely with the documentation team to provide Inspection Reports and CMTRs for products to satisfy the customer requirements.Final inspection of assembled and tested Control and safety relief valves by visually inspecting equipment, reviewing document packs against the ITPs, and confirming that the tag plate markings meet customer requirements.Daily reporting of Internal & External defects to the team and identifying root causes.Inspecting packaging methods needed per customer & internal requirements.Assisting quality team to drive customer satisfactionFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will require:
Have 3+ years’ experience working in quality inspection.Have a diploma in mechanical or relevant technical education. GED with 3-5 years' experience.Have experience with control, safety, and safety relief valvesHave SAP-ERP Quality Control experience.Have experience in reading part CAD drawings.Work in a way that works for you
