Our client, a leader in logistics, is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Avenel, NJ. This role focuses on examining products for quality issues, identifying trends, and ensuring compliance with company standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products for defects, deviations from specifications, and other quality concerns using various tools and methodsAnalyze inspection and testing data to identify trends and root causes of quality issuesReport any discrepancies or safety issues to the Line Supervisor, Product Manager, and/or Quality System Manager immediatelyMaintain accurate records of inspections and findingsSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations

Requirements:

Previous experience monitoring employees in a warehouse environmentComfortable working night shiftsBilingual in English and SpanishStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracyProblem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong time-management and multitasking skillsExcellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferredGood written and verbal communication skills

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Saturday or Sunday–FridayHours: 5:00 PM until work is completed
