Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    Develops quality control initiatives/processes for hardware, software, and service products.     Responsible for functions such as software and hardware testing, analytical quality control, verification of manufacturing systems, and document updates, and quality audits.      Responsible for the implementation of and compliance reporting with applicable ISO standards.     Manages documentation for product return and repair.  Documents product problems in collaboration with a multi-functional team.      Writes documentation of the existing processes and makes updates to them as necessary.     May assist in the review and evaluation of product performance COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
