Quality Analyst

 

Are you passionate about ensuring products meet the highest quality standards? We're looking for a dedicated Quality Control Analyst to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in making sure our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

 

What You'll be Doing:

 

Identifying and reporting on quality data both internally and externally. Conducting a variety of quality control tests on products at different stages of production to ensure they meet reliability standards. Recording and analyzing statistical data to improve quality processes. Suggesting modifications or new standards, methods, or procedures to improve quality. Facilitating effective communication between management and production operators. Preparing and reviewing documents for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 internal audits. Performing visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with customer requirements, as well as reviewing vendor documentation for accuracy. Assigning tasks and reviewing work with quality technicians. Overseeing floor quality control issues, ensuring daily problems are addressed, and making decisions based on established criteria.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience providing Quality Systems training to employees Familiarity with guage/inspection processes Strong problem solving and analytical skills (Green Belt a plus) Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management systems Working knowledge of statistical process controls preferably in the plastics industry Manufacturing experience within a high volume/fast moving environment. Consumer goods experience a plus. Strong experience in process, product and systems audits Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, QA applications and general math Strong communication skills
