Contract to Hire position$23.00 /hourVarious shifts availableDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, policies, and standards in line with industry regulations.Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Analyze quality data and prepare reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.Collaborate with production teams to train employees on quality control practices and ensure adherence to procedures.Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformance issues.Stay current with food safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance.Quality Assurance Technician Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required; further education in Food Science or Quality Assurance is a plus.Previous experience in quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a bakery.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth within our expanding organization.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
