Job Description:
Are you passionate about quality and precision? As a Quality Assurance Technician you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence. Your role will involve:
Implementing Procedures and Processes: Develop and execute procedures for product inspection, quality control, and testing.Product Verification: Ensure product information and counts are accurate and compliant with specifications.Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary documentation and maintain organized files.Equipment Operation: Utilize tools such as gage pins, microscopes, micrometers, XRF analysis, and more to perform inspections.Cross-Training: Enhance your skills and versatility by cross-training into other departments (encouraged but not mandatory).Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections per required specifications.Maintain accurate files and records.Operate and maintain inspection equipment.Collaborate closely with plating and wiring staff.Report to the Operations Manager.Essential Skills:
Proficiency in using inspection tools such as gage pins, microscopes, and micrometers.Basic math skills, including addition/subtraction with decimals and converting decimals to fractions.Experience working in a manufacturing setting.Strong attention to detail and patience, especially when working with small parts.Ability to read and follow blueprints.Comfort with completing repetitive tasks.Measuring skills, including the use of calipers.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
