Volt is immediately hiring for 1st shift and 2nd shift Quality Assurance Technician in Pomona, California

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

As a Quality Assurance Technician you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPerform quality checks for raw, work in process, and finished product \r\n\tBe in compliance to all food safety requirements and regulations\r\n\tPerform Food GMP’s daily, Support production processes\r\n\tAccessible to production staff, leads, supervisors\r\n\tControl and adjust machine settings, Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines\r\n\tMaintain all the necessary activity logs and required documentation per assigned frequency\r\n\tFamiliar with Allergen programs\r\n\tPerform other duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAt least 1 year of current Food MFG experience (Required)\r\n\tUnderstanding of food GMP’s\r\n\tAble to follow regulations according to FDA, USDA, AIB\r\n\tUnderstanding of metal detection regulations (Preferred)\r\n\tExperience with Micro, sanitation, and lab food testing (preferred)\r\n\tProficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)\r\n\tBilingual Spanish (preferred)\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00 hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
