Position Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician conducts qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished goods for the company.

 

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production processAnalyze syrup beverage and/or water attributesAudit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operationsConduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standardsReceive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production processMaintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contaminationOther projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience: 

High School Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years prior production/manufacturing or lab technician experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracy skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to read, write, and keep recordGood computer skills including literacy with Microsoft Excel and WordFamiliarity with lab safety and handling of hazardous materialsThis position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

Food/beverage industry experience
