GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for ensuring that all food quality processes support the company’s compliance with food safety standards. 2nd shift:  3:00pm-2:00am (or until done)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Provide production support in all aspects of the Dole quality process Do quality checks including: bag seal, oxygen level, proportions, bag weight, raw materials check, and finished goods check Check equipment to verify accuracy Maintain reports and system log entries Complete food safety checks to meet all critical control points Place and remove “Hold” statuses as required for raw, in-process, and finished goods Any and all other duties assigned by your Supervisor
