Your Focus

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will oversee the equitable distribution of workloads, assist the team with daily operations, strive for customer satisfaction, ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, maintain precise records of quality control activities, and manage the Quality Management System, including audits and certifications. This position is based in Karawang.

How You Will Contribute

Ensure that all products or services meet the established quality standards and specifications.Plan and conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify deviations from quality standards.Continuously assess and improve quality control processes, procedures, and practices.Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.Investigate and address customer complaints and non-conformities in a timely and effective manner.Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including reports, documentation, and corrective action plans.Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality performance and areas of concern to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and support process improvement initiatives.Coordinating the overall Quality Management System including the audit and certification (food safety, halal, RSPO, pest control, etc)

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biology, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering), Pharmacy, Food Technology, or any relevant majorStrong verbal and technical writing experience in EnglishProven experience in quality assurance with at least 3 years of experience, including 2 years in supervisory or leadership roles.Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards (e.g., GFSI, ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, Pest Control, etc)Must act proactively in addressing internal and external customer’s needs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining IFF quality standards.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments.Strong negotiation and priority setting skills.Experience with SAP System and Microsoft Office.
