Summary: Seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in AS9100 Quality Systems, audits, and technical inspections.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in quality assurance. Experience with AS9100 Quality Systems and audit performance. Strong understanding of Quality Engineering principles. Experience in root cause analysis and non-conformance reporting. Proficiency in preparing First Article Inspection reports and performing inspections. Knowledge of measurement instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, and height gages. Ability to coordinate calibration of test equipment and fixtures. Capability to review and document audits effectively. Proficiency in blueprint reading. CMM operation skills; PC-DMIS programming is a plus. Technical degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Conduct audits according to AS9100 standards. Perform root cause analysis and generate non-conformance reports. Prepare First Article Inspection reports and conduct necessary inspections. Ensure calibration of all test equipment and fixtures is coordinated properly. Participate in the development or revision of SOPs for inspection functions.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
