The Opportunity:

Under limited supervision, conduct internal quality controls to ensure established quality procedures and norms are followed. Conduct routine quality analysis and tests/inspections of a quality control program, where duties and tasks are standardized. Monitor and record inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. Prepare standard quality analyses and recommend necessary quality procedure changes. Record and analyze customer claims.

Aanmaken van Batch Records, labels en certificatenBatch Record review en vrijgeven van eindproducten (single use assemblies)Planning en uitvoering van Gemba walksUitvoeren van interne auditsBeheer van en subject matter expert voor Non-conformities, Deviaties, Change Notificaties en CAPA’sVerbeteren van het QMS op productiegebied waaronder documentatieMeedenken en support leveren aan de productie afdeling op het gebied van kwaliteit en kwaliteitsbesef

Kwalificaties:

Relevante MBO/HBO opleidingErvaring in een QA/QC rol of relevante ervaring in de (bio-) farmaceutische industrieBekwaam in Microsoft Office, met name Word en Excel
