The Quality Manager reports to the Quality Director, and with management input will have responsibility over the development, implementation and improvement of the quality systems, processes, and programs to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of the products manufactured in Costa Rica manufacturing facility.

Ensures the quality standards are met following customers expectations, internal quality standards, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Quality System Regulations (QSR), and other applicable international requirements including MDR, MDSAP an ISO 13485.

This role is responsible for managing, inspiring, and developing a team made up of Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. Provides leadership and direction to their direct reports, and takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
