Join our team as a **Quality Assurance Coordinator** and play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and compliance of medical device distribution. Pay: $25-$29/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform daily quality tasks in compliance with Good Distribution Practices + Conduct incoming inspections to ensure materials meet quality standards + Manage Quality Orders, documentation, and product release processes + Oversee the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for returned goods + Support ISO 13485 compliance and Quality Management System maintenance + Perform inspections at various distribution stages, including visual checks and cycle counts + Generate Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) for identified deviations + Assist in temperature monitoring within controlled storage areas + Participate in cross-functional meetings to address quality concerns and drive improvements **What We’re Looking For:** + High school diploma or GED required + Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences + Preferred certifications in Quality Systems, ISO 13485 + Experience with cold chain management and temperature monitoring is a plus + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, D365 ERP, or related applications + Strong understanding of FDA-regulated environments This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
