Description
Comunilife Inc. is looking for an experiencedQuality Assurance Coordinatorto join its Quality Improvement team. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is a member ofComunilife’s Quality Improvement Unitworking on quality assurance assignments and projects across Comunilife programs. This position tracks and monitors service productivity and outcomes, leads and participates in internal program audits, leads the annual consumer satisfaction survey, and provides training, support, and guidance to programs on internal and external systems including but not limited to NYC CAPS, AWARDS, CAIRS, CARES, TMS, HMIS, NIMRS and HASAWeb ensuring the agency is in compliance with all data entry requirements.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator collaborates with Program Managers to ensure that programs are in compliance with city and state regulations, standards, and guidelines. The Quality Assurance Coordinator works closely with the QI Unit’s Data Analyst and collaboratively produces regular program outcomes and status reports while providing improvement and systematic recommendations when needed. This position works with programs in establishing annual occupancy KPIs and tracks and monitors progress towards these goals.The Quality Assurance Coordinator oversees Central Intake activities across various external data systems including but not limited to: AWARDS, CARES, CAIRS, CAPS, HASAWeb, TMS, HMIS, NIMRS, NYC CAPS, CARES systems. This position tracks and monitors agency-wide client vacancies, identifies barriers to timely admission, and collaborates with program management to ensure smooth intake and admissions processes. Essential Duties
+ Conduct internal quality assurance program audits and produce outcomes reports.
+ Track and monitor internal and program funded program audit corrective action plans.
+ Produce regular program outcomes and status reports while providing improvement and systematic recommendations when needed.
+ Provide systems guidance and da ta entry training to program managers and administrative staff.
+ Knowledgeable in applicable Federal, State and City l aws, regulations and procedures.
+ Supports and collaborates with program managers ensuring programs are in compliance with contractual requirements.
+ Ensure that Quality Improvement Policies and Procedures are followed as required.

+ Regularly review and monitor output activities to ensure that benchmarks and KPI ’s are met.
+ Monitor data in AWARDS, CARES, CAIRS, CAPS, HASAWeb, TMS, HMIS, NIMRS and AWARDS to ensure that data integrity is in compliance with city and state requirements .
+ In collaboration with program management, review and provide all documents necessary for quality assurance and improvement review by Comunilife or funding source
+ Provide reports as requested by Comunilife and/or funding sources. Track and analyze post incidence, benchmark and weekly occupancy reports for compliance and improvement needs.
+ Provide oversight in conducting an annual agency wide Client Satisfaction Survey.
+ Complete quality assurance assignments, activities and projects as assigned
+ Ensure policies and procedures are in agreement with contractual requirements, guidelines, regulations and directives
+ Assist the Chief Program Officer or designee with special projects, analyze, research, and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirement(s)
A Masters or Bachelor's Degree in social work, public health, health administration, or related field; Three (3) to five (5) years of nonprofit administrative, program operation, and coordination experience. Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
