Quality Analyst, Kroll Settlement Administration
The Quality Analyst will be part of the operations team, supporting a project team with all operational tasks related to quality including but not limited to Data Entry, Claim Review, and audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be consultative and solution-oriented, and be capable of managing multiple priorities. The Quality Analyst must be a team player, committed to fostering a team environment and building cooperation between team members to provide the highest quality service to clients.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in quality management process. Perform quality checks for various processes to ensure adherence to established SOP’s. Create feedback mechanism to cascade the feedback and improve domain knowledge. Support updating and maintaining quality standards and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to processes. Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements. Brainstorming Testing Processes - Creativity in developing and refining testing processes is vital. This includes design tests that assess product or service quality, efficiency, and performance.Essential traits:
