We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to help build and lead our automation testing practices. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive the creation and implementation of automated testing strategies for our core systems and products, working closely with both the business and technology teams. You'll be responsible for designing and developing automation test scripts, creating regression test suites, and running automation scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery. You’ll collaborate with the QA leadership team to identify opportunities to enhance automation within the current manual testing processes and continuously improve efficiency.
What You’ll do:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define automation testing objectives and build out a comprehensive automation testing practice.Work with QA leadership to assess, select, and implement the necessary automation tools and resources.Partner with both business and technology teams to define testing priorities and identify where automation will add the most value.Use automation testing to drive defect management and issue resolution.Investigate issues, bugs, and errors identified during testing cycles.Gain a deep understanding of business and technology functions, systems, and processes.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technology goals.Support business initiatives by recommending and implementing automated solutions for changing systems and processes.Your Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who can jump in quickly, understand the ins and outs of our business, and enjoy learning every day. Most importantly, you’ll be a team player and work collaboratively across the technology team. You’ll also have:
A commitment to collaboration and transparency.Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting/programming skills.Proficiency with test management tools.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills using log analysis.Analytical thinking with a logical approach to problem solving.Solid understanding of SDLC, QA practices, standards, and Agile methodologies.Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a focus on results.Certifications like CSTAS, CAT, AWS, or ISTQB-Test Automation Engineer preferred.7-10 years of relevant experience in automation testing.College degree or equivalent practical experience.Experience in OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising is a plus.The salary range for this role is $110,000-$145,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
