CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Architect to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Quality Assurance Automation Architect role:

Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of internal and external QA Engineers.Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and others in the organization.Find solutions for the toughest technical challenges in the face of ambiguity.Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers, developers, and software architects to ensure seamless integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline.Drive innovation in test automation strategies and tools to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the software development lifecycle.

What you will need:

At least 5 years of relevant experienceSolid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.Proven experience building test automation frameworks and test tools from scratch.Demonstrable knowledge of one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript or Python).Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
