This position will work Monday through Friday from 10am until work is done (7pm approximately). **Responsibilities:** + Accurately updates information on computer to maintain inventory records. + Represent the FEI organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed. + Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. + Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations. + May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations. + Ensure goods are verified against records of shipment. + Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures. + Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations. + Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse. + Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures. + Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. **Qualifications:** + 1-2 years of quality assurance experience strongly preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. + Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
