Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Training Analyst to join our team. This role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Quality Assurance and Training Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of quality monitoring activities. You will also support the development of new hires and current employees on the team. Responsibilities: • Develop and continuously improve quality monitoring activities to assess enterprise performance against accuracy, timeliness, and performance standards. • Actively participate in strategic planning efforts. • Support the development of new hires and current employees. • Manage the design of quality assurance strategies and plans. • Utilize your skills in Data Entry, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Microsoft SharePoint to enhance work processes and outcomes. • Conduct an ongoing evaluation of work processes across the enterprise Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within Financial Services • Proficient in data entry with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail • Extensive knowledge and experience in using Dynamics 365 Business Central • Demonstrated ability to use SharePoint effectively • Experience in quality assurance and training • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and produce clear reports • Excellent communication skills for delivering training and feedback to team members • Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently when necessary • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
