Milliman’s CMH Health Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, qualified software testing professional with manual testing experience to join their vibrant, dynamic, and growing practice. In this role, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of the Quality Assurance team responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing manual test solutions. This role will work closely with developers and other testers in a highly collaborative environment to analyze and verify system functionality with respect to requirements and contribute to continual improvement in our software development lifecycle.

About This Role:
Our Quality Assurance team is essential in maintaining the reliability and effectiveness of our software. This role focuses on identifying subtle issues that can significantly impact the user experience, ensuring a high standard of quality The individual will be responsible for creating and carrying out detailed testing approaches, ensuring the entire testing process aligns with project requirements and quality standards. This includes evaluating software performance, stability, and compatibility with both existing and/or external systems.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required. 0-3 years of experience in QA testing roles. Solid understanding of test methodologies and manual testing techniques, including functional, smoke, regression, and acceptance testing. Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger. Ability to document test cases, bug reports, and test results clearly and concisely. Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to testing.Competencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this Role:
