Quality Assurance, Lead
About The RoleThe Quality Lead will provide leadership to ensure the effective and efficient completion of Inbound Quality activities. This role will provide support for the daily productivity of the quality team, ensuring audits are completed to TRR standards, with a focus of providing detailed feedback for team improvement.
You’ll lead a team of Quality Associates, partner with Receiving and Authentication leaders and work with the Associate Manager of Quality to ensure Authentication Center alignment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure QCA policy and procedure are upheld

Maintain a high level of engagement through coaching and motivating the team on a daily basis.

Report on QCA daily performance

Facilitate completion of QCA calibration and certification programs

Assists AM in meeting departmental goals by understanding priorities and taking a proactive approach to managing workflow 

Partner with the Assistant Manager to ensure Auth Center alignment  

Partner with Receiving and Authentication leaders to ensure completion rate accuracy

Shadow QCA’s gathering insights and feedback

1+ years work experience in Operations

Highly motivated, dependable and proactive

Experience successfully motivating peers, maintaining a positive team culture

Experience receiving and implementing feedback to grow and develop

Outstanding work ethic, dependable and detail oriented.

Can-do attitude and ability to proactively take on challenging tasks

Proficiency with Google Suite including Docs, Slides, Sheets

The expected hourly rate for this role is 21.83-26.27. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
