 Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Quality & Corrective Action Project Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you.  The Quality & Corrective Action Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the corrective action process within the organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional with strong technical expertise in mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. Additionally, experience with electrical systems and software development will be considered a valuable asset for this role. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving process or product nonconformities, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives for high visibility issues.

What You Will Be Doing 

 Corrective Action Coordination:

Oversee and manage the organization's corrective action committee/board and process, ensuring timely identification, documentation, and resolution of nonconformities.Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Fault Tree Analysis to identify the underlying cause of issues.Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.Track and monitor the progress of corrective actions and ensure timely communication to leadership.Maintain detailed records of corrective actions, including evidence of implementation and effectiveness verification.Trains and coaches others on corrective action committee/board process.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality and operational issues, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Create and manage project schedules and resources to meet objectives.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of corrective actions and improvement projects.Acts as mentor and SME to one or more global Quality team corrective action committees/boards.

Legal and Compliance Interaction:

Service Bulletin creation.Interface with legal and compliance to address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions meet their expectations.May support, complete, and/or review audits with 3rd party compliance agencies.

What We Are Looking For 

US – bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) preferably in Engineering required.2+ Experience in specific functional area (Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing) required.2+ years Project Management required.Proficient knowledge or education in Quality Management Systems, compliance standards, and relevant legal entities according to different international standards.
